Who we are
The gyano.co website is operated by Assaf Marco, an authorised dealer (osek murshe) in Israel ("Gyano", "we"), running an AI studio for small businesses. For any privacy matter write to hello@gyano.co or call 054-8963200.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, or leave your details in the chat assistant, we receive the name, email address and/or phone number, service interest, business description and AI-tool preference that you choose to enter. Providing these details is voluntary and with your consent; without them we cannot reply to you. Like any website, the hosting server may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operation. If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, the conversation takes place in that service and under its terms, and we receive what you send us.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your request, to prepare a proposal and project, and to manage the business relationship with you. If you give an email address, we also send an automatic confirmation that we received your enquiry. We do not sell your details and do not use them for third-party advertising. If we ever send marketing emails we will ask for separate consent first.
Who receives your details
Your details are sent to us by email through an email-delivery service (Resend), and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside Israel. We send data only to provide the service, and by submitting your details you consent to this.
The chat assistant
The assistant answers only from Gyano's own FAQ and does not send what you type to an AI service. If you choose to leave your details in the chat, they are sent to us in the same way as the contact form. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics at the time of writing, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. The notice at the bottom of the page only stores a note in your browser that you dismissed it. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and manage a business relationship, and at most 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Security
The site works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to enquiries is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to hello@gyano.co and we will reply promptly.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest update.
Spam protection
The contact form and chat use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. It runs in your browser and Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address for this purpose.
